MAGSYS offers in-house magnetizations of your workpieces made from permanent magnetic materials. These include components with AlNiCo, ferrite, NdFeB or SmCo magnets.

With a series of existing laboratory coils, we can generate axial and diametric fields of different strengths and for different component geometries. MAGSYS develops suitable coils for multipolar fields which then operate with a laboratory magnetizer. These coils can be taken over in later series production. This permits a close-to-production magnetization of A or B sample parts.

In order to confirm the magnetic saturation of the components, we also carry out saturation tests on request. Depending on the component, fluxmetric or Hall-based measurements can be performed as well.
