Already at an early stage of your development process, MAGSYS offers you the possibility to check the magnetizability of your components. In a first step, we carry out a simulation with a suitably designed magnetizing device. First conclusions about the magnetizability can be drawn from the field distribution. In a further step, the saturation behavior of the magnets in the component and the field distributions can be specified. This can then be taken into account again in the development (e.g. of the rotor).

MAGSYS can measure the used magnet material and then transfer it to the simulations.

In a next step, the devices can then be built to magnetize first samples or directly for production.
